RESEARCH ON HUNGARIAN ART COLLECTING HABITS
In 2026, műtárgy.com and Deloitte Hungary again launched research on Hungarian art purchasing and collecting habits and decision preferences.
The questionnaire compiled for the research focused on art collectors and individuals with a passion for collecting and planning to purchase art in the future. The results provide a comprehensive picture of, among other things, what types of art works Hungarian collectors and art buyers would buy in the future, how often they visit primary and secondary market venues, on which platforms they follow current events in the art market, how quickly they make decisions when purchasing art, and what factors they keep in mind when purchasing a work of art.
The 2026 publication will be presented at the VIII. Art Investment Conference on November 10, 2026.
